FRED and Marshall Motor Group have worked in partnership for over 15 years. Marshall are currently one of the UK’s largest independent car retailers and FRED are the sole supplier of vehicle preparation services to the group, servicing over 100 dealerships and 24 brands, including 6 Mercedes-Benz dealerships and over 15 commercial sites.

Our ability to process high volumes of vehicles whilst maintaining manufacturer brand values, including quality and reliability, meant FRED was chosen as the sole supplier for the group. As part of the on-boarding process all staff were required to undertake full training to ensure FRED and Marshall’s core values were adhered too to help maximise the sale potential of its stock vehicles.

FRED’s management system was installed nationally and full user training was given to the Marshall group at no extra cost. The management system helped improve Marshall’s existing valeting process by enabling live workflow analysis to help staff manage workloads through peaks and troughs.

The successful implementation of the management system has helped reduce Marshall’s cost control across the business. Regular two-week satisfaction and comment reports help strengthen the close working relationship to ensure KPI’s are achieved to maintain group retention and acquisition of future Marshall expansions, including the recent Ridgeway acquisition.

The quality and commitment of our services has led to other business opportunities including the provision of Facilities Management services and our value added service, FRED Vehicle Media.
